Beef Spray Chilling for 1200/head/day Operation
It is widely known in the Red meat industry yield loss occurs during the production process of chilling beef carcases. In the most recent spray chilling installation completed by the Blue Bull Team the client saw a reduction of yield shrink loss to less than 0.5%. This resulted in game changing profitability for the client. The project was completed on time and under budget.
